Ange moved to Alderney in 1997 with her husband and two sons. Having visited the island every summer since she was born to visit her aunt Kathleen Huddleston, Ange was well known for her enthusiasm for dancing. Part of Ange’s training was with the KFA( Keep Fit Association) and regularly represented Yorkshire and Humberside at competition level and qualified as one of the first Youth Moves Teachers with the KFA. In Alderney Ange teaches 50 children a week as well as Adult fitness classes. Ange also choreographs dance routines for school productions and prepares the children for trips abroad which have seen them come second in the Blackpool Championships-2004, participate in tours to Beaumont-Hague, Guernsey, the Isle of Wight, Ascot and at The Albert Hall. On the 9th June 2012 she took a group of youngsters to Milton Keynes for the 55th National Dance Festival.
